UNITS OF OULU VOCATIONAL COLLEGE
Oulu Vocational College offers vocational education in nine different units in the Oulu region. The units are named according to their locations. In addition, the adult education unit co-ordinates adult education and apprenticeship training. The administration unit is temporarily located next to airport in Oulunsalo.
Administration
The administration unit is responsible for the college's general administration, development, financial matters, communications and marketing and management of common projects.
Adult education
The adult education unit offers vocational adult & further education and training and apprenticeship training and co-ordinates adult education offered in different units.
Haukipudas
The unit in Haukipudas offers vocational qualifications in: Vehicle Technology, Electrical Engineering, Construction , Surface Treatment Technology, Upholstery and Interior Design, Catering and Hairdressing.
Kaukovainio, business and administration
The unit offers vocational qualifications in: Business Information Technology, Business and Administration , International Business and Administration and the Tourism Industry.
Kaukovainio, technology
The unit offers vocational qualifications in: Metalwork and Machinery, Electrical Engineering, Construction, Building Maintenance Technology, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology and Wood Processing.
Kempele
The unit offers vocational qualifications in: Catering, Horticulture, Vehicle Technology, Logistics, Electrical Engineering and Technical Design.
Kontinkangas
The unit offers vocational qualifications in: Social and Health Care and Pharmaceutics.
