Oulu Vocational College has signed a partnership agreement with Liverpool Community College which will establish a new exchange programme.

Oulu’s College Prinicpal, Saija Niemela-Pentti and four other members of staff visited the College in November to see the facilities on offer and speak to the staff and students.

The group met with Principal, Elaine Bowker, the executive management team and the head of international development to deliver a presentation and discuss in more detail the possibility of developing exchange programmes in English, Catering, Hospitality, Hair, Beauty, Tourism, Construction and Renewable Energies.
